Terms and Conditions for Lock Inside Gift Cards


The following terms and conditions govern Lock Inside Gift Cards. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you agree that the following terms and conditions are binding on all parties who purchase, receive, or use a Lock Inside Gift Card. Last updated: January 16, 2025.

  1. Gift Cards; Use

    Lock Inside Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Lock Inside Milano M.C. [1]. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lock Inside Milano M.C. Gift Cards are sold by Lock Inside Milano M.C. on Lockinside.com, via the Bookeo platform.

    You can redeem a Gift Card during the booking process for a game on the Lockinside.com website. When you choose to use a Gift Card, the amounts related to the order are deducted from the Gift Card’s value. If this is not done automatically, Lock Inside Milano M.C. will issue corresponding credit. If an order exceeds the value of your Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another method on the day the booked game takes place at our location: Via Battisti, 1511 – 21040 Cislago (VA).

    Gift Cards can be combined.

  2. Expiration and Limitations; Refunds

    Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, after which they expire. The validity of the Gift Card can be extended for an additional 2 months at a cost of €10, multiple times. After the expiration date, Gift Cards have no residual value and can no longer be used for purchases. The expiration date of the Gift Card is indicated in the purchase confirmation email and on the card itself.

    Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. They cannot be reloaded, resold, exchanged for money, used for unauthorized commercial purposes, or converted into cash. If a Gift Card is not functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability will be to replace the Gift Card.

    A refund for a Gift Card can be requested within 14 days of purchase and will be issued via the original payment method.

     

  3. Risk of Loss

    The risk of loss and ownership of the Gift Card transfers to the purchaser at the time of electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or the designated recipient, as applicable. Gift Cards can only be obtained from Lock Inside Milano M.C., and you are responsible for protecting the Gift Card from unauthorized use.

  4. Termination and Withdrawal; Use of Gift Cards in Violation of These Terms and Conditions

    By using the Gift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and not to use Gift Cards in any misleading, unfair, or otherwise harmful way to Lock Inside Milano M.C. or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate this agreement, suspend access to our services, cancel or limit orders, and apply alternative payment methods if we suspect that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or added to an account fraudulently, illegally, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. This includes suspicion of unauthorized, fraudulent, or unusual transactions inconsistent with your transaction history.


    You may withdraw from these terms and conditions at any time and at no cost by ceasing to use Gift Cards as a payment option or contacting us to cancel your Gift Card. In accordance with Clause 2 above, withdrawal from this agreement does not entitle you to withdraw or transfer any available balance.

     

  5. Complaints and Disputes

    If you encounter any issues with Gift Cards, please let us know. Your feedback helps us offer a better experience for you and all our customers.

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. The Court of Busto Arsizio (VA) will have jurisdiction over any disputes related to the provision of the Service. If you are a consumer and your habitual residence is in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections offered by your country of residence.

  6. General Conditions

    Gift Cards are not subject to fees. Purchasing, receiving, or redeeming Gift Cards via Lock Inside Milano M.C.’s website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes may occur for the following reasons: compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; security reasons; to improve existing functionalities or add new ones to our services; to reflect technological progress; to make reasonable technical adjustments to our services and ensure their continued operation. Unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise, any modifications to the terms and conditions will take effect sixty (60) days after publication on lockinside.com. In the event of changes to the terms and conditions, the new version will be available in the dedicated section of lockinside.com. If you do not wish to accept changes to these terms and conditions, you can withdraw from the terms and conditions as outlined in Clause 4 above. Your continued use of the Service after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
