The following terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of Lock Inside Gift Cards and the deposit procedures for bookings at Lock Inside. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, or by making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. Last Updated: March 17, 2026.

1. Gift Cards and Bookings; Usage

Gift Cards and booking services are managed by Lock Inside Milano M.C. Gift Cards and bookings are sold on lockinside.com via the Bookeo platform.

• Gift Cards: You can redeem a Gift Card during the booking process. If the order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be settled at our premises on the day of the game. Gift Cards are cumulative.
• Deposits: To confirm a booking without the use of a Gift Card, a payment may be required as a confirmatory deposit (Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

2. Expiration, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

• Validity: Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The validity can be extended by an additional 2 months at a cost of 10 Euros (this operation can be repeated). After the expiration date, they hold no residual value.
• Right of Withdrawal (Gift Cards): A refund for a Gift Card can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not yet been used for a booking.
• Deposit and Non-Refundability: Any amount paid during the booking process (whether via direct payment or by redeeming a Gift Card) constitutes a confirmatory deposit (Art. 1385 c.c.) and is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: It is possible to request to reschedule the booked date, free of charge, exclusively up to 7 days before the scheduled game date. For requests received after this deadline or in the event of a “no-show,” the deposit will be retained in full, and any Gift Card used will be considered cancelled and no longer reusable.

3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission. Lock Inside is not responsible for the unauthorized use of Gift Cards or booking codes.

4. Termination and Withdrawal

We reserve the right to cancel bookings or Gift Cards without refund in the event of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these terms. You may withdraw from these terms at any time by ceasing to use our services, provided that such withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund of deposits already paid for active bookings or balances beyond the terms provided by law.

5. Complaints and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. The Court of Busto Arsizio (VA) shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the provision of the Service. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the protection offered by the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.

6. General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms to comply with legal regulations or to improve our services. Changes will be effective 60 days after publication on lockinside.com, unless a shorter period is required by law. Your use of the Service after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
